LORIS VENEGONI

electronica modular synth

Loris Venegoni is a graduated and awarded
composer and sound designer.
His musical studies have been different, starting
from jazz and orchestra and reaching more and
more hybridization with electronic music research.

His path took him to collateral experiences as
contemporary dancer and performer studying and
working in working in Italy, Austria, Denmark and
Sweden.

He also collaborated with some of the
biggest sport venues as video director and is an
awarded short film director.
In 2015 he started a collaboration with Real Dreams Entertainment composing music for a trailer, a tv series and a movie, gradually increasing his approach from conventional orchestral composition to electronic.

He has been awarded for sound design for the short film “The Wind” taking a minimal approach through small strings section for a dystopian setting.
His later EP is the result of some years in modular synth research, began with building the machine and exploring what electroacoustic sources from an intimate approach sound like when processed through it in unexpected ways.

All resulting in wide and atemporal soundscapes.
In 2020 he achieves WWISE 101 & 201
certifications, as well as NAT sampling software
authorization from AcusticaAudio in 2021.
